FROM THE HISTORY OF APPROACHES TO THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE 80S OF THE XX CENTURY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE BUKHARA REGION)

It isshown in the following article, how crucial issues, like ecological problems of Soviet Union in 80s of past century, their solutions, and methods of reducing pollution of environment, were solved in terms of Bukhara region. Furthermore, it is stated in the article that majority of the ecological problems were occurred in the period of Soviet Union.
