ABOUT THE SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION OF “TEMPORARY RULES OF GOVERNING ZARAFSHAN DISTRICT”

This article studied the research of scientific investigation of “Temporary rules of governing Zarafshan district” which was legislative document of Zarafshan district in 1868-1886. Special historical literature and documents of Turkestan, Zarafshan and Kattakurgan regional management were studied in order to study the importance, place and legislative peculiarities by comparative analysis, logical grouping and outer-inner analyzing.
