REFLECTION OF THE HISTORY OF THE STRUGGLE FOR INDEPENDENCE IN UZBEKISTAN IN THE SOVIET PRESS

During the years of independence, a deep study of the history of the armed movement against Soviet power acquired both scientific and political significance. The problem began to be objectively assessed in the scientific literature. The expansion of the scope of research in this direction is largely associated with the expansion of the source base on the history of the armed movement for independence in Uzbekistan. From this point of view, the main purpose of this article is a scientific analysis and definition of the source study significance of newspapers and magazines published in 1918-1924 and widely covered this problem.
