This article provides a theoretical analysis of the concept of civil society, the concept of social policy in the development of the concept of civil society and the phenomena of social justice. There is also a discussion of national and international data, the concept of civil society based on the research of scientists, and the relevance of the topic of the role and importance of social policy in it, the results of research. At the same time, opinions and conclusions are drawn on the extent to which attention is paid to the phenomena of social policy and social justice in the development of civil society today.
