This article is a scientific analysis of a number of articles on music and music education in the journal "Education and Teacher", published in Uzbekistan in 1920-1930. In the late XIX and early XIX centuries, the prospects for the development of music education, as well as the preservation of national musical instruments and their transmission to future generations, the organization of music education in accordance with modern requirements, educating young people in the spirit of love for national melodies.

“Maorif va o’qituvchi ” jurnali arab imlosida eski o’zbek adabiy tilida bosilgan unda O’zbekiston va Buxoro tarixiga oid mahalliy mualliflarning maqolalari bosilgan. Ularda O’zbekistondagi tarix ilmiy targ’iboti masalalari O’zbekiston tarixini o’rganishda mahalliy tarixchi, musiqashunos, adabiyotshunos, san’atshunos shaxslarning chiqishlari muhim ahamiyatga ega bo’lgan. Jurnal oyida bir marta chop etilib uning birinchi sahifasida : ,, oyida bir marta chiqadirg’on ijtimoiy-siyosiy, ta’lim-tarbiyaviy, ilmiy-faniy va o’zbekcha nashr ” deb qayd etilgan. (The journal " Education and Teacher" is published in Arabic in the old Uzbek literary language and contains articles by local authors on the history of Uzbekistan and Bukhara. Issues of scientific propaganda of history in Uzbekistan in the study of the history of Uzbekistan was played an important role by the speeches of local historians, musicologists, literary critics and art historians. The journal is published once a month and on its title page it is written: "Socio-political, educational, scientific and Uzbek issue once a month.")
