This article examines the relevance of the preservation, conservation, repair and rational use of cultural heritage in the developed countries of the world today.It is emphasized that it is necessary to carry out work on the rational use of objects of material cultural heritage in the Jizzakh region, its preservation in real estate objects.It focuses on a comprehensive study of the history, location and possibilities of cultural heritage sites. The Jizzakh region occupies a unique place in tourism with its history, nature, geographically advantageous location, issues of wider use of the tourist opportunities of the region, promising projects to attract tourists, the implementation of innovative ideas in this area and the provision of all types of necessary services.
