HISTORY OF CONSTRUCTION OF IRRIGATION SYSTEMS AND LAND IRRIGATION IN KASHKADARYA OASIS

In the 60s of the 20th century, the article tells about the history of the construction of irrigation systems in the water sector in the process of irrigation and land development of the Kashkadarya oasis, in particular, the development of the Karshi desert. The emergence of the need for irrigation facilities and the course of their construction processes are compared with archival sources and primary literature. The results of the changes carried out were also studied along with problems in the construction of water facilities in the Kashkadarya oasis. The positive and negative aspects of the construction of water facilities in the oasis are objectively analyzed and the contribution to the development of irrigation systems in the Kashkadarya oasis is proved. The role and significance of the works carried out in the field of irrigation construction are analyzed.
