The article the need to study economics in the center of modern economic ideas that emerged in the Turkestan region at the end of the XIX – beginning of the XX centuries, the study of the economy, the export and processing industry, socio-economic reforms, foreign investment in the economy, the construction of trade on a scientific basis, the issues of agrarian economy of increasing entrepreneurship, efficiency play an important role.
Also, the opinions expressed by the Jadids, who advocate the development of trade, the involvement of technologies in agriculture, the education of young people, the desire to build production in the market of goods and services on the basis of modern industry, were revealed.
