As a result of the research carried out in recent years, we got information that in the early Middle Ages, Sogdian merchants established trade and diplomatic relations with Silla, one of the states on the territory of Korea. The article talks about the trade and cultural relations between the peoples of Central Asia and the Silla state in the early Middle Ages. Also, on the basis of the comparative scientific analysis of the existing written and archaeological data, the history of the crafts of the peoples of Central Asia in the early Middle Ages, internal and external trade and economic relations will be highlighted.
