In the article, the economic, social, organizational, institutional, innovative, infrastructural mechanisms of the establishment and development of Uzbekistan's fuel energy complex in the first half of the 20th century and the two periods of the Soviet Union, as well as the active introduction of "Green Economy" technologies to all sectors during the period of independence , on the basis of the works carried out on electrification during the еars of Soviet power and independence, scientific literature, official documents received, archival collections and statistical materials, a historical analysis was made on the example of the southern Surkhandarya region.
