PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE IN KASHKADARYA DURING THE PERIOD OF NATIONAL REVIVAL: (1991-2016)

The main object of analysis in this article is the state policy aimed at realizing the professional potential of the younger generation based on the principles of national identity and national revival in the Kashkadarya region during 1990-2016, and its practical results. The article analyzes from a scientific point of view the fundamental changes that have occurred in the cultural and educational spheres of the country, in particular in the Kashkadarya region, after Uzbekistan gained independence. It is based on the fact that comprehensive measures have been implemented aimed at restoring national values, preserving cultural heritage, developing traditional crafts, and educating the younger generation in a holistic manner, adopted decrees and resolutions, established associations and centers, apprenticeship schools, and artisan centers - all of these have become important components of the process of national revival in the Kashkadarya region and serve the cultural and educational uplift of the region.
