RELATIONS BETWEEN THE EPHTHALITE STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

This article focuses on the relations between the Ephtalian state, which emerged in the middle of the 5th century in the Central Asian region, in particular in the regions of Uzbekistan, and the local governments subordinate to it. In practice, the researches about the activities of independent local governments were analyzed, and in addition, emphasis was placed on the local governments and their local management and titles that exist in our country. Also, the central administration of the Ephthalite state and its relations with the neighboring states have been partially touched upon.
