Мақолада Марказий Фарғонадаги ерларнинг мелиоратив ҳолатини яхшилаш ва суғориш жараёнлари, шунингдек, совет Иттифоқи ҳукуматининг пахта яккаҳокимлиги сиёсати принциплари асосида пахта етиштиришга ихтисослашган туманлар ва совхозларнинг ташкил этилиши натижасида пахтани марказга етказиб бериш ва унинг салбий жиҳатлари бирламчи манбалар ёрдамида кўриб чиқилган. Фарғона, Aндижон ва Наманган вилоятлари ҳудудларидаги қўриқ ерларни ўзлаштириш мақсадида 1953 йилда “Ферганаводстрой” махсус қурилиш трести ва Фарғона колхозлараро совети ташкил этилгани ва мазкур ташкилотлар ёрдамида янги ерларни ўзлаштириш соҳасида кўп ишлар қилингани очиб берилган.
