Мақолада ХХ асрнинг 40-80 йилларида Бухоро вилоятида саноатлаштириш сиёсатининг олиб борилиши, саноат корхоналарининг шаҳарга марказларига, аҳоли гавжум ҳудудларга жойлаштирилиши, саноат корхоналардаги ишлаб чиқариш маҳсулотларининг айниқса Бухоро вилоятида табиий газ маҳсулотларни ўлкага эмас балки, собиқ иттифоқ манфаатлари учун хизмат қилгани тарихий манбалар асосида баён этилган. Ишлаб чиқаришнинг тез суръатларда бажарилиши саноат корхоналарнинг моддий техник базаларига эътиборсизлиги, техник ускуналарнинг етишмаслиги оқибатида, саноат корхоналарнинг чиқиндилари атроф-муҳит аҳолига етказган зарарлари ҳақида маълумотлар келтирилган.
