Ушбу мақолада муаллиф Ўзбекистонда миллатлараро барқарорликни таъминлашга қаратилган давлат сиёсатининг 1991-2020 йиллар мобайнида олиб борилишини таҳлилий маълумотлар асосида ёритган.
Хусусан, мустақилликнинг дастлабки йилларида миллатлараро масаладаги давлат сиёсатини нодавлат нотижорат ташкилотлари амалга оширган эди. 2017 йилдан бошлаб ушбу вазифани мамлакатдаги кам сонли халқларнинг миллий маданий марказларининг фаолиятига кўмак беришни давлат ташкилоти ҳисобланган алоҳида қўмита амалга ошираётгани ҳамда бу борадаги чора-тадбирлар ҳақида тадқиқ қилинган.
Масаланинг ушбу жиҳати шу пайтга қадар халқаро доирада нашр этилган ишларга қўшимча материал бўлиб хизмат қилади.
