Жумладан, Зарафшон водийси, Қашқадарё ва Сурхондарё воҳалари, ҳозирги Тожикистон ҳудудидаги Вахш, Кофирниҳон, Панж ва Туркманистон худудига тегишли Мурғоб дарёси воҳаларидаги, Марғилон, Ўзган, Андижон, Наманган, Тошкент, Чимкент, Туркистон, Авлиёота, Пишпак, Сузак, Оқмачит, Амударё соҳилларида жойлашган Хива, Урганч, Кат, Кўҳна Урганч, Хазорасп, Қўнғирот, Хўжайли, Курдар (ҳозирги Чимбой) каби шаҳарлар ва аҳоли масканларида истиқомат қилган аҳолининг этник таркиби тўғрисида маълумот берилган. Шунингдек, Россия империяси Туркистон ўлкасини эгаллагандан кейин ю з бекрган этник жараёнлар, аҳолини кўчириш сиёсати каби масалалар баён этилган.
