Ushbu maqolada 19-asr oxiri va 20-asr boshlarida nemislarning Oʻrta Osiyoga kirib kelishi, mintaqaning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy hayotini rivojlantirishda nemislarning ulushi, hududning demografik jarayonidagi nemis aholisining roli, chekka hududlarni rivojlantirishda nemis ziyolilarining amalga oshirgan amaliy ishlari taxlil qilinadi.
