Мазкур мақолада муаллиф қадимдан Ўрта Осиёнинг иқтисодиёт, деҳқончилик ва чорвачилик, тоғ маъданларини, биринчи навбатда, темир қазиб олиш ривожланган йирик маданий воҳаларидан бири – Уструшона давлати таркибига кирган Зомин тумани Ём қишлоғи тарихий-этнографик аспектини ёритган. Шунингдек, муаллиф томонидан қишлоқ аҳолисининг этник таркиби ва тарихи, этимологияси каби масалалар Республика Марказий Давлат архиви фондларидаги ҳужжатлар, дала этнографик тадқиқотлари ҳамда илмий адабиётлар асосида ёритиб берилган.
