This article highlights the views of Avaz O‘tar , an enlightened poet, one of the prominent exponents of the Khwarezmian literary and philosophical milieu, who lived and worked in the last quarter of the XIX – first quarter of the twentieth century, influencing the khwarezmian Jadid movement with his social, political ideas.
