Abstract

This article examines the importance of linguistic stylistics in Uzbek literature, using Togʻay Murod's novel "Bu dunyoda oʻlib boʻlmaydi" (One Cannot Die in this World) as a case study. The main objective of the research is to analyze the artistic function of dialectisms, occasionalisms, and other linguistic tools within the writer's unique creative style. The article provides scholarly insights into excerpts from the novel, focusing on their stylistic role within the text and their significance in revealing character traits. The study concludes that the writer's choice of words, sentence structure, and syntactic repetitions serve to deepen the novel's core ideas. The findings are of high relevance to Uzbek literary and linguistic studies, offering a new perspective for evaluating the writer's craftsmanship from a linguistic standpoint.
