THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM AND ENSURING GENDER EQUALITY: ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL APPROACHES AND THE EXPERIENCE OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes gender equality in the education system based on international approaches and the experience of Uzbekistan. The gender composition of teaching staff, preschool enrollment rates, and womenʻs participation in higher education and research activities are examined using statistical data. In addition, the effectiveness of state policies and practical programs aimed at supporting women scholars is evaluated. The findings demonstrate that ensuring gender balance in education and science is a key factor for improving educational quality and fostering innovative development.References
