Abstract

This article analyzes the artistic mechanisms through which the image of nature in Hamid Olimjon's lyrics creates meaning, how it is inextricably linked with the mental state of the lyrical subject and the concept of social time. Hamid Olimjon poeticizes nature not as a "background", but as an internal mechanism of lyrical thinking: details such as the night sky, river, cloud, snow, moon activate the lyrical subject's concepts of time, happiness, search and wakefulness. In the discussion, these conclusions are evaluated in the context of the formation of a "psychological landscape" in modern Uzbek lyrics, the problem of social meaning and aesthetic independence in the poetics of the Soviet era.
