This article empirically examines the use of innovative technologies in the professional training of physical culture and sports specialists at higher education institutions in Uzbekistan. The study was conducted in 2025 through an anonymous questionnaire survey of 143 instructors from various higher education institutions. The results indicate that the majority of respondents use innovative technologies in their teaching process. Based on the problems identified in the study, the article puts forward systematic, practical recommendations.
