ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF WATER FACILITIES THROUGH PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

This article analyzes the role and importance of public-private partnership mechanisms in improving the efficiency of water management facilities. In particular, it examines the problems of the existing management system, the efficiency of resource use, and the limitations in infrastructure development. It also highlights ways to attract investments, improve the quality of services, and improve management efficiency through public-private sector cooperation. Based on the results of the study, practical proposals and recommendations for the effective management of water management facilities are developed.
