POLITICS AS A SOCIAL PHENOMENON

The concept of politics is directly a mechanism for mobilizing the management and direction of a person, resulting from his essence. It operates on the basis of different interests in terms of content. Fair governance is formed directly as a product of humane policies; it manifests itself in turning people's lives towards goodness. This article explores this scientific problem through the analysis of classical theories and the process of large-scale reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan.
