Abstract

The reflection of social responsibility has been noted in this article by historical sources. The essence of increasing, personal responsibility and human duty of students and youth and social responsibility is highlighted. It was thought that the freedom of will in a person should be rational, subservient to reason, in accordance with ideals and standards, were required by necessity.
