COOPERATION BETWEEN STATE AND PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS IN THE PROBATION OF MINORS

Abstract

The article examines the interconnection between the institutions of juvenile justice and probation in working with minors, as well as the common features of national and foreign models and the practical significance of resocialization and reintegration mechanisms. It also substantiates the directions for institutionalizing the participation of public institutions and improving cooperation between the state and civil society.
