Abstract

The article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of voluntary and mandatory forms of organization and provision of the execution of normative-legal documents. This article studies the forms of execution of normative-legal documents arising from the subject's approach to its obligations and the state's attitude towards it, the content of the norm being executed, the subject's implementation and compliance with normative-legal documents.
