THE ROLE OF SOCIAL AND LEGAL NORMS IN THE REGULATION OF SOCIAL RELATIONS

Social and legal norms play a crucial role in regulating social relations. Society is a complex social system formed on the basis of human association. To ensure order and discipline, specific rules are introduced within it. These rules are divided into two categories: social norms, adopted by members of society, and legal norms, established by the state. This article focuses on the types of social norms and the distinctive features of legal norms, as well as analyzes their role and significance in the life of society.
