The article examines the meaning and methods of protecting the rights of investors, in particular, non-state methods of protecting the rights of investors, which are widespread in the countries of the world today, as well as the opinions of a number of scientists regarding this issue. The Kazakh experience in protecting the rights of investors was also analyzed and recommendations and proposals were developed to improve national legislation.
