WARNING YOUTH RECIDENTAL CRIMINAL FAMILY

Abstract

This article highlights the issues of preventing youth recidivism in the family, cooperation between the family and an educational institution, educating young people, ensuring the growing role of the family in the country, including a special chapter dedicated to the family in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, the role of parents, teachers and mentors in the upbringing of youth and the strengthening of the importance of the family in society, the preservation of national values, the formation of a healthy spiritual sphere and the desire for a healthy lifestyle among young people, as well as the correct distribution of free time and the mass development of youth sports, loyalty national rituals of Uzbek families, fostering in young people a sense of patriotism and civic duty, respect for laws, national and common values, resistance to harmful influences and currents, firm faith, interest in entrepreneurship, spreading love for reading, improving the legal consciousness and legal culture of youth, implementing state youth policy and more.
