This article discusses the first interstate cooperation in the field of information technology crime, meetings, agreements, and conferences. It also notes interstate meetings, international agreements and UN resolutions, which formed the basis for the formation of the concept of the international information order. The article discusses the principles and necessity of developing the concept of an international information order, as well as the adoption of international agreements on satellites in the exchange of information.
