THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY OF THE PARTIES IN CIVIL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

The article deals with the legal foundations of the principles of equality of the parties in civil proceedings, compliance with the constitutional principle, importance, conflict issues, consideration of disputes arising from legal relations, the question of the participation of the plaintiff and the defendant in the court session, rights during the trial, as well as issues of equal exercise of other procedural rights provided for by law, the importance of the Civil Procedure Code, the main tasks of judicial reform, to ensure equality and justice, legal and fair issues are briefly covered.
