In this article, the legal aspects of the exemption from administrative responsibility in connection with the reconciliation provided for in the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the issues related to which offenses are applied, the conditions and the procedure for its application and the importance of this institution are explained and discussed.
