Abstract

This article emphasizes the importance of collegial bodies in the management of the prosecutor's office system, and it is also given proposal to improve the national legal framework based on the analysis of the legislative base of collegial bodies of the prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries.
