ISSUES OF INVOLVING THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN ORGANIZING THE LABOR ACTIVITIES OF PRISONERS IN CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

This article reveals some issues of involving the private sector in organizing the labor activities of prisoners in institutions of the national penitentiary system. In particular, it is noted that labor is one of the main factors ensuring morality and discipline in places of deprivation of liberty, and at the same time, effective ways and some risks of involving the private sector in this area are revealed, and corresponding proposals are put forward.
