Today, in connection with the growing type and dynamics of crimes committed in the XXI century, the period requires a similar improvement of investigative legislation. This article discusses the growing number of new rules and regulations in the field of investigation in foreign countries, but
the most appropriate of these rules should be incorporated into domestic law and put into practice, the widespread use of information technology in the investigation and their prospects. It is also necessary to find new solutions for lawyers on this issue. One of the investigative actions that specializes in multi-faceted assistance in the investigation is the investigation of this lie detector and the idea that it should be incorporated into our national legislation. Comparison of mutual laws plays an important role in the use of the most effective methods of investigation, so it was noted that the unification of laws is one of the urgent tasks of modern lawyers.
