FEATURES OF REPRESENTATION OF SOME WORD FORMS AND MEANINGS OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS IN CONTRASTIVE LEXICOGRAPHICAL SOURCES

This article addresses issues related to the study of the phenomena of polysemy and homonymy in contrastive lexicographical dictionaries. The author discusses the challenges in incorporating phraseological units within specific contexts of their usage. The work highlights certain issues associated with the chronological arrangement of phraseological units. The article emphasizes that the description of some stable polysemantic complexes undergo changes depending on the type of dictionary and whether archaic vocabulary is included or not. The author of this work believes that the considered types of contrastive dictionaries possess several advantages while also having some shortcomings in describing the state of the phraseological repertoire, which may stem from linguistic and extralinguistic factors. Furthermore, the article elucidates the analysis of homonymous phraseological units, considering the significant challenges associated with their demarcation and description within lexicographical articles. The author explores criteria for including phraseological units that are homonyms when studying phraseoforms in the context of specific lexicographic dictionaries and identifies the types of mixtures within the component composition of stable units and their lexical environment.
