ABSTRACT

This article states that competence and competence are the basis of a competent approach, as well as information about the requirements for professional-pedagogical competencies of future studies. The opinions of the scientists of the developed countries of the world about competence and competence were discussed. In the article, it is said that competence, according to its nature and function, does not reject knowledge, skills and qualifications, but is fundamentally different from them.
