It is related to the Persian-Tajik word rakha (road, street: crossroads), a conductor, a pioneer, a person who has a permanent and decisive influence in society and an organization, as well as a leader who knows the purpose of the work. and works in the interests of society and the industry, and is a complex process, the communicative behavior of which can only be fully studied in a sociolinguistic aspect. To do this, a number of terms related to this topic, such as "communicative behavior", "sociolinguistics", "linguoculturology", "anthropocentrism", should be discussed in terms of content.
This article highlights the meanings of these scientific terms and the significance of the phenomena under these concepts in studies of the communicative behavior of leadership.
