В данной статье рассматриваются понятие, цель, задачи прокурорского надзора за соблюдением законодательства об исполнении судебных актов и актов иных органов, его роль и значение в обеспечении законности, теория института прокурорского надзора за соблюдением законодательства об исполнении судебных актов и актов иных органов, теоретико-правовые и практические вопросы, связанные с правовыми основами и особенностями, видами, методами и методологией организации надзорной деятельности и перспективами повышения эффективности надзорной деятельности за соблюдением требований законодательства прокурором об исполнении судебных актов и актов иных органов.
