VIOLATION OF LABOR PROTECTION RULES IN CONSTRUCTION: CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SUBJECT AND THE VICTIM

This article analyzes the forensic aspects of criminal liability for violations of labor protection and safety regulations in construction. Individuals who neglect safety rules are considered as criminal subjects, and their socio-demographic, physical, psychological, and professional characteristics are examined. Additionally, the forensic significance of the victim’s personality, their relationship with the crime, and factors leading to their injury are highlighted. The unique features of judicial and investigative practice, the importance of key factors in determining criminal liability, and the legal consequences of safety violations are presented. The article discusses theoretical and practical aspects of criminal law and offers suggestions for improving this field.
