This article scientifically regulates the issues of regulatory and legal regulation of the notarial sphere in Uzbekistan and Portugal, discusses the powers of notaries to perform notarial acts and measures for their implementation. The notarial sphere plays an important role in the disposal, use and other types of property in the country, and is analyzed from a theoretical and practical perspective, analyzing it on the basis of national legislation on the performance of notarial acts. Also, a separate focus is placed on the rights and obligations of the parties in the performance of notarial acts, the rights and obligations of notaries authorized to perform notarial acts. At the same time, the opinions and considerations of theoretical scientists and experienced practitioners in this field are analyzed.
