НЕКОТОРЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ОРГАНОВ САМОУПРАВЛЕНИЯ В СИСТЕМЕ ПРОКУРАТУРЫ РЕСПУБЛИКИ УЗБЕКИСТАН

В статье рассмотрены роль, структура, задачи органов самоуправления в системе прокуратуры Республики Узбекистан и их значение в повышении эффективности деятельности прокуратуры. Подчеркнута важность органов самоуправления в обеспечении прозрачности, подотчетности и стратегического управления в соответствии с международными стандартами. Проанализированы основные аспекты деятельности, такие как принятие решений, кадровые вопросы и контроль исполнения задач. Вместе с тем, представлены рекомендации, разработанные на основе изучения опыта зарубежных стран, таких как США, Германия, Китай и Южная Корея, по совершенствованию работы органов самоуправления в системе прокуратуры Республики Узбекистан.
