SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL STUDY OF THE ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITIES OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

The article analyzes the organization of prosecutorial activities in the context of international standards and the development of educational and methodological support in the field of economics. Key international documents regulating prosecutors’ activities, such as the UN Guidelines, the Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement Officials, and the standards of the International Association of Prosecutors, are examined. A comparative analysis of approaches to the organization of prosecution offices in different countries is conducted, highlighting challenges and prospects for reforms in the context of globalization. Special attention is given to the independence of prosecutors, ensuring justice, and international cooperation in combating transnational crimes.
