CONCEPT OF PUBLIC SERVICES AND ITS LEGAL STATUS

The article examines the main aspects of legal regulation and organization of state activities aimed at meeting the needs of citizens and organizations. In particular, the public service is analyzed as the activity of state bodies to ensure the rights and interests of citizens, legal entities and other persons in various spheres of public life. The article pays special attention to the legal status of the public service, its legal structure, procedural features, as well as the rights and obligations of citizens upon admission to it. The status of the public service also includes organizational and legal guarantees aimed at ensuring its availability, quality and timeliness of provision. The public service is an integral part of the administrative process and serves as an important means of interaction between citizens and the state. At the same time, the article emphasizes the importance of the legal status and guarantees in the field of public services, as well as the role of these services in the socio-economic development of society.
