ПРАВОВАЯ ОСНОВА БОРЬБЫ С ТОРГОВЛИ ФАЙЛОМ И ЕГО АНАЛИЗ

В данной статье исследуются причины и последствия одного из преступлений - торговли людьми – в юридических документах. В частности, международная и национальная статистика по торговле людьми, международные эксперты и официальные данные правительства, министерств и других государственных ведомств подробно анализируются в интерактивном режиме на основе различных диаграмм и таблиц. Международные конвенции, декларации, резолюции, договоры и соглашения, а также правовые документы подробно изучены и проиллюстрированы реальными примерами. Проанализированы взгляды зарубежных и узбекских ученых на борьбу с торговлей людьми. В статье также содержится ряд предложений и рекомендаций по борьбе с торговлей людьми и снижению ее веса.
