РАЗВИТИЕ НОРМАТИВНО-ПРАВОВОЙ БАЗЫ ИСЛАМСКИХ ФИНАНСОВ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ: ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ВЫЗОВЫ

Недавно правительство Узбекистана проявило интерес по внедрению исламских финансовых услуг в стране. Но процесс разработки нормативно-правовой базы деятельности исламских финансовых институтов идет медленно. В данной статье автора старался обсудить проблемы и сформулировать рекомендации по созданию нормативно-правовой базы исламских финансов в Узбекистане.
