Мазкур тадқиқотида муаллиф жиноий судловни инсонпарварлаштириш соҳасидаги халқаро ҳуқуқий нормаларнинг таҳлилини тақдим этди. Жиноят процессини инсонпарварлаштириш соҳасида халқаро ҳуқуқий нормаларга риоя этиш механизмининг аҳамияти ва такомиллаштирилиши ҳамда миллий қонунчиликда акс этишига алоҳида эътибор қаратди. Бундан ташқари, муаллиф миллий қонунчиликни халқаро ҳуқуқ нормалари билан боғлиқ ҳолда такомиллаштириш юзасидан асосли тушунтиришлар берди.
