НЕКОТОРЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ ИМПЛЕМЕНТАЦИИ НОРМ КОНВЕНЦИЙ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ТРУДА В НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЕ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВО

В статье исследуется значение норм основополагающих конвенций Международной организации труда об прекращении принудительного труда, запрещении дискриминации в трудовых отношениях, равной оплате за равный труд, свободе объединений и праве на ведение коллективных переговоров, а также их имплементация в национальное законодательство. Проанализированы пути реализации рекомендаций контрольного органа Международной организации труда, Комитета экспертов по применению конвенций и рекомендаций по применению международных трудовых норм. Разработаны предложения по приведению национального законодательства в соответствие с международными стандартами с учетом норм конвенций МОТ и рекомендаций Комитета экспертов.
